About Sally Eden
I am a communications expert from a broadcast media background with over two decades of experience of helping people get their voices heard.
As a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and using my extensive experience in writing, reporting and presenting on television, I work with CEOs, senior board level executives and professionals to get them to be the best they can when delivering their messages to both internal and external audiences.
Media training
If you’ve an important interview with the media, an event where the press will be present or want to prepare your messages, then my experience as a journalist can help you.
Your aim is to make both yourself and your message stand out and be remembered in this noisy world.
Using my background in broadcast journalism, I’ll help you determine what’s important to say and how to say it with impact.

Presentation coaching
Standing up and speaking in public is one of the top ten fears for many people.
Being able to speak with confidence and conviction before an audience is a vital skill in today’s world.
Whether being in front of an in-person audience, speaking at an online town hall or giving a TED talk, getting the relationship between good content and great delivery right is important.
I’ll work with you to make both your content and delivery impactful and memorable.
Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary process to help resolve disputes and conflict. A neutral, impartial mediator will help people on all sides in a dispute communicate and negotiate to reach their own mutually agreeable solution.
It's a confidential, less formal, and often quicker alternative to court. It’s used in various disputes like workplace conflicts, family separation, or civil disagreements. Its aim is to find a practical and equally agreeable way forward.
Sally is an accredited mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR)
